Amy’s career began back in 1992, when a relocation director from Coldwell Banker recruited her straight out of retail management. Her training was simple but powerful. She shadowed a top producer, learned the business from the inside out, and soon joined one of the best-performing teams in her market.
That hands-on experience led her to the original Star Power organization, where she eventually became Executive Vice President and a key figure behind its coaching and events. When Star Power went through financial trouble in 2008, Amy didn’t crumble—she built her own coaching business and launched the Real Estate Masters Guild.
Then came the full-circle moment: in 2022, Amy purchased Star Power bringing the iconic brand back into the industry with fresh life and a renewed mission.

Let’s say you narrow your core relationship list to 500 people.
If you reach out once per quarter, that’s:
- 500 ÷ 10 working weeks = 50 conversations per week
